Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined during Checkout.
Sales & Use Tax
A sales tax is a tax paid to a governing body for the sales of certain goods and services. Usually laws allow (or require) the seller to collect funds for the tax from the consumer at the point of purchase. When a tax on goods or services is paid to a governing body directly by a consumer, it is usually called a use tax.Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Sales tax calculated based on total purchases at the rate of your respective location. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. You may have a tax obligation in states where we do not collect sales tax.
Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping to international destinations.
Shipping Timeline
Once your transaction is complete, we will ship your item. Most in-stock items will arrive 21-29 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in Checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Mail the completed form with your item(s).
Company order cancellation policy
Company has the right to cancel the order of any customer any time without any reason. Company do not take any responsibility in the event of customer order cancellation. Also company is not oblige to provide explanation of cancellation. Company is not liable for any loss due to cancellation of customer's order.
